Why a Business Learning Network?

Increasingly, research is showing that:

• Business people like to learn from business people
• Business people are busy and cannot always fit in with traditional hours
• IT solutions provide the flexibility needed to fit business people�s busy lifestyles.

The Department for Education and Employment has sponsored this work to find out if business people find it useful to learn from each other on the internet. This work is being carried out by SFEDI and the National Federation of Enterprise Agencies.

The Business Learning Networks have been developed as an enhancement to this, the small business advice service.
